I had a great stay at Townhouse Hotel. The location was excellent, the hotel had a nice atmosphere, and the overall experience was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized.

I had a great stay at Townhouse! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Miami Beach and within walking distance of everything. The hotel has a really nice vibe, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was super convenient for enjoying the beach and everything Miami Beach has to offer. I only stayed for one night, but I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The room the clean and cozy, it felt like I was at home. It was a little warm to me when I arrived but an adjustment to the thermostat made it feel better. There is no parking on site in which I was disappointed but there was a nearby parking garage, that was $40 😳. One other thing the person that checked me in was pleasant. Well one more thing, the beach was about 20 feet from the hotel

Construction area at the time we stayed. We stayed for the beach and was very very close to the beach as well as Lincoln Road. It was a great location. The rooms are really cute. Please note there is a resort fee which I was not aware of. However, the resort fee does cover an umbrella and two beach chairs so that was worth it. We would stay again.

Great Stay in Miami Beach I really enjoyed my stay at the Townhouse Hotel Miami Beach. The location is excellent within walking distance of the beach, as well as the restaurants, shops, and attractions on Lincoln Road. The hotel offers great value, and I especially appreciated the beach amenities, including complimentary towels, chairs, and umbrellas for guests. A special thank you to Mortadha Touzi, who provided outstanding service and made the stay even more enjoyable. If possible, I recommend requesting a room on the 4th floor. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Miami Beach and would gladly stay here again.

I've stayed in SoBe many times, at The Ritz, Lowes and Fontainebleau, Also at the other end of the Spectrum - Tropic, Aqua and Penguin. Was very impressed with Townhouse Hotel. A Boutique hotel that just had a great makeover. There currently bilding Monster High Rises around it, But the Hotel was Clean and modern rooms. Every enchounter with Staff, starting with, I think it was, Michael at the front desk gor check-in was Great. For the Location and Price the Townhouse Hotel was Great.

At first I was skeptical after seeing bad reviews . Then when I first walked inside the room it was a bit hot but I noticed the AC was off . The moment I turned it on it got super nice and cold in the room. This place is a hidden gem . 2 minutes walking from the beach . A 24 hour cvs right on the corner . Also an amazing pizza place that’s open until like 5 am on the corner . The room was clean . The bed was so comfy . The Tv has all the apps Netflix , paramount plus , tubi , starz , etc . All I had to do was sign in to my accounts and I had everything . $20 for 24 hr parking on 23rd and Collins like a 6 minute walk from the hotel . And then they also give you towels , beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach for $35 dollars . That’s unheard of . Last time I went to the beach to rent beach chairs and umbrella’s the other beach vendors were charging me $100 plus per chair and umbrella . Have a late flight ? They also hold your luggage’s for you for as long as you want and they even gave me a late complementary check out until 12 noon. Going forward this might just be our permanent to go hotel when we come to Miami Beach . Staff was also really nice .
