The staff were so kind and helpful! Honestly the best part of the stay. Our room was clean but the blanket was thin and we could hear eeeeverything from the street and businesses (bars) surrounding so had an awful sleep unfortunately. Otherwise the location was good, maybe if we were on a higher floor the noise would have been better.

Hotel Review Bryan at the front desk was absolutely amazing—so helpful, kind, and welcoming. We arrived at the hotel early, and he went above and beyond to help us get into one of our rooms so we could get ready and enjoy the beach. He was also incredibly helpful in explaining all of the hotel’s amenities and assisting us with checking into our second room once it was ready. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and had a smile on their face. The woman who helped prepare our room was especially thoughtful. She made sure we had extra blankets and even prepared the kids’ bed in our suite, which was such a wonderful touch. The bathrooms were immaculate, and the exceptional hospitality and genuine kindness of the entire staff truly stood out. It’s clear that this hotel takes great pride in making its guests feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s 5th birthday celebration from Texas so special and memorable! Your wonderful hospitality made the experience one we will always remember, and we will absolutely be returning.

My stay at the Waldorf Towers was great. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything. The hotel/bedroom was very clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe made the experience even better. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

A very pleasant place to stay in the heart of South Beach. The hotel was recently updated and the powers that be wisely kept the 1930s-40s vibe. We ate dinner and breakfast at the Icon Beach Cafe just in front of the hotel. Hotel and beach cafe staff were friendly, which made our stay pleasant.

Location was spot on . Very lively but yet not to crowded. First impressions were clean , and had an amazing scent. Staff was very welcoming and informative. Booked a suite 301 and was i impressed . Very clean , spacious and bed was oh so comfortable. The bar drinks were great , perfect spot to sip . Both breakfast and lunch were delicious . If you are looking for that little spot front and center this is the place
