The hotel was located right on Collins Avenue with so may places to eat and shop at. Walking into the hotel it smelled beautiful. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel, staff, rooms and food are top notch. The staff from the front desk, bartender,waiters and room attendant were so pleasant and provided great service. The room was very nice, clean facility and close to the beach. My amazing ocean view made it one of my favorite hotels of all time. So veey nice.

Just stayed for a longg wknd @ Sunny Isles. Residence Inn by Marriott was fabulous!!! very clean/staff was amazing especially Sophia @ the front desk!!! Sophia kept her cool with all the traffic & requests going on. Lobby is a tad small but yet cozy / clean!!! Would definitely go back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic and just a short walk from the beach, with beautiful sea views from the hotel balcony. The pool was lovely and perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast included was excellent. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. We would happily stay here again!

I had a very spacious room. A good view of the ocean from my room. I ate at the restaurant at night and I enjoyed their grilled salmon. The bartenders were friendly and explained about the two free drinks nightly. I enjoyed this trip even if one day it rained cats and dogs.

Affordable good quality, clean hotel in good location. Breakfast included was also pretty good. Valet parking was problematic and often negatively impacted the traffic flow through the pretty small drop off/pick up area, worse yet when rain was falling. Some front desk staff could have a better attitude and be more service oriented.
