Great location and friendly staff – 4 stars We had a really enjoyable stay at Residence Inn Miami Beach. The staff were fantastic, especially the team at check-in, who were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good, particularly good for kids. The location was also a big plus, being just a short walk from Lincoln Road and its shops and restaurants. The only downside was housekeeping, as our room was missed and the towels weren’t changed. Overall, a great stay in a brilliant location, and we would happily recommend it to families visiting Miami Beach.

I'd describe this property as clean-dirty... like someone cleaned in a rush for unexpected guests. It looks okay, but overall it's still dirty. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was actually really good. The hotel has definitely seen a lot of traffic.

The rooftop pool was great. The breakfast is not great at all. The morning staff was very good & helpful. Could not understand the staff that check us in, and we didn't get the sheet of paper with all the information regarding the beach & towel and chairs. I saw the morning staff checking in ppl and everything was explained to them properly & the sheet with all the amenities was given to them.

We stayed in Miami for one night and Residence Inn Marriott South Beach was a convenient location. Five minute drive to Ocean Drive and the beach. Bobby at the front desk was very helpful. We missed the shuttle to the beach so he ordered a uber so we didn’t have to wait. He was very kind.

Decent hotel for the price- meets expectations. Overall property could use a bit of updating/renovation. It's heavily trafficked so refresh needs constant. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Free coffee and breakfast service is very nice amenity.
