We had a wonderful stay at Crosby Miami. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and major attractions in Downtown Miami. The building is modern, clean, and offers great amenities including a pool, fitness center, and comfortable common areas.

property are just nasty humans. Upon checking in which they took their sweet little time sending the information over was fair. I get to the room and hit had a bad and strong chemical smell. Within 5 minutes of breathing it, my nose is burning and my chest started feeling funny from inhaling the fumes. I have asthma as well as epilepsy. I couldn't stay in the room because I began to feel light headed. I called the RS and asked for a refund. They said no it was non-refundable. This back and forth went on for about an hour. They offered me another property for $200 more. NO, I want my money back. I'm not paying $200 more. Then the nerve of them to say they use organic cleaning chemicals. That still doesn't mean it's okay for ME to breathe. Then on top of that, the card I used for the deposit, they tried to charge me twice for the room again while I was actually on the phone with them after I've paid and checked in. Just trifling and fraud at this point. Chase declined it and flagged my card as fraud attempt. Great because they would have gotten an additional over $400 bucks. I filed fraud charge attempt with my bank because I didn't authorize it and they had been paid. Expedia rep was super nice. They reached out to them to get my refund and they told them no. It was a health concern and I should have been refunded. I don't care if it says non refundable, my health is important. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM. District 225 best stay
