The airport shuttle was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. It was very helpful. The drivers were friendly & courteous. Mia’s Pantry came in handy for picking up some light snacks. I couldn’t connect to WiFi. Kept getting an error trying to register for Bonvoy in order to get WiFi. The waiter at breakfast was very nice.

The property is close to the airport and it has a shuttle to and from. We did not use it though. We had a car, which for a daily charge you can park on the property. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The only complaint is the noise which is caused by the constant run on the AC, and also the main fan just outside of the window. It seems to be pretty well insulated from the airport and nearby highway noise. I’ll probably use it again as it is conveniently located for my work.

What an excellent pre-cruise hotel! I’ll be very glad to stay here again. So very close to the airport and a free shuttle that comes every 15 minutes. Huge swimming pool.

The bed was too firm/hard Check staff did not offer complementary water. Te next morning I had to ask and the en was given 2 bottles at reception desk. Te room was dirty floor has food items or something’s. The area was nice, they were able to accommodate my food allergy (gluten free). . The shuttle speed past us three different times Never slowed down. We were in the correct locations. We had to call 3 times to hotel and was told they are sending one back. We waited approximately 1 hour + for a ride to hotel. This part was extremely frustrating.
