What we love of this property is the closeness to the beach the cleanliness and the courteous and friendly the staff here is. One thing I’d really wish was with the plenitude of the beach staff each morning placing the lounge and beach umbrellas on the beach it would have been great if they would also comb and clean up the sand of all the sargassum (seaweed) algae. We have seen the city of Sunny Isles come every morning to sweep but by the time they come by the Resort beach staff is out there placing lounge chairs in the way of the sweeper

We had an amazing stay at Marenas Beach Resort in Sunny Isles Beach! The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a beautiful beach view. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Parking was convenient, and the location was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach.
