Very friendly staff, especially Gaston at the concierge and Ziggo at the front desk. These guys are really helpful and they simply rock! Housekeeping staff works hard and is super nice and patient too! First time at this hotel and will definitely come back!

It’s a nice location, quiet, nice pool area and access to the beach. I liked that behind the hotel you have a walkway you can walk along the beach. The room was ok, if you a room with carpet, it is not very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed here to get over jet lag before a cruise for my sisters bachelorette party. My two sisters joined me for the last night. Everyone was super helpful. It was nice to relax by the pool with my book. We loved having Jesus as a bartender too. He took much care for excellent service and you could tell he loved his job.

The property is very dated and definitely needs some serious updating\. The bathroom, in particular, is old and in need of a complete renovation\. For the price, I expected the accommodations to be in much better condition\. The biggest disappointment was the bed\. It was absolutely horrible and extremely uncomfortable\. I honestly felt like I was falling out of the bed most of the night, which made it almost impossible to get a decent night’s sleep\. A comfortable bed should be one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, this property fell very short in that area\. The positives were the front desk staff, who were helpful, professional, and courteous, and the location, which was quiet and felt safe\. Overall, the staff and location were good, but the property itself needs significant renovations and new, comfortable beds\. Until those improvements are made, I would have a difficult time recommending this property or choosing to stay here again\.

originally stayed at another hotel nearby, but they had many problems with check-in, parking, and the air conditioning was completely broken. The room became very hot during the night with no AC, so I decided to check out. After that, I called Holiday Inn, and their staff immediately helped me. They told me to come over, arranged parking for my car, and safely kept my belongings until my room was ready. They also gave me an early check-in, which made everything much easier and stress-free. The valet service was excellent, and overall the hospitality was amazing. I truly loved my experience at this hotel and I 100% recommend Holiday Inn to everyone. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable!
