Clean rooms, restaurant was open upon arrival and the street tacos were so good. At the time of our booking we chose to include breakfast. There are paid shuttles to port of Miami, we opted to uber to save $$.

Great spacious room and excellent service throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Shemar for the warm welcome and smooth check-in process, even at midnight after our flight was delayed. His kindness and professionalism made a stressful travel day much easier. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast spread - many options and great quality! The only minor drawback was the lighting in the room. We were a bit surprised that there wasn’t more overhead lighting, and the room felt somewhat dim with just a few lamps. Other than that, outstanding customer service—thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Everyone on staff was friendly. I had an issue with the A.c. around 1am, called downstairs and the issue was resolved within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

The property had really strong smells as if they were trying to mask something with sprays. The carpet was stained all over, the linings were stained. I have never stayed in a place this bad. The place had not seen a vacuum in forever, the halls were dirty but so was the room. The pool was dirty. I didn't even dare to try the food which it was also overpriced. So we ended up not having dinner at all since we arrive late and there were no other restaurants nearby. The shuttle to the cruise port was more expensive than taking an Uber so I ended up not using it. The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. I booked this place because of the brand. I have stayed at other Hilton, even Hilton Gardens and I have never had such a bad experience.

This property was conveniently located. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower. I have short hair, so it wasn't too bad, but for anyone with long or thick hair, it would be very difficult to wash out the shampoo and you would probably have a big tangled mess to deal with. The water pressure was that bad.
