A beautiful property, the staff obviously does a great job with maintainance of the interior especially the room was always spotless. I particularly liked the design of the bathroom. The concierge staff were all helpful. The only downside is that the shuttle does not provide an airport service.

We had an excellent experience at the Hilton Aventura Miami. Very clean premises, helpful staff, and immaculate room. Only downside was the initial check-in; there needs to be much more signage alerting first-timers that the reception/check-in desks are on the seventh (7th) floor of the hotel. Would stay there again if/when visiting the area.

We did a late check-in, so we were exhausted after a long day and had little to no will to move. The room looked perfect, but the mini fridge seemed to have an issue, and the foyer was flooded with water from it; since it was 30 minutes past midnight, we left one guestroom towel on the floor to dry the tile and prevent an incident. There were no ropes in the room and no soap in the shower, just shampoo. The next morning, we couldn't find a blower, so the housekeeper in the hallways, who was dressing other rooms, assisted us. The staff was very friendly. I have made another reservation for this upcoming weekend and hope to provide better feedback then.

The hotel itself was stunning and the location was great. However the staff was not very helpful. I booked my room months in advance and when I checked in was told that a room was not available. I asked for a manager who found a room but wanted to charge me an extra $250 for it because they were over booked. That is poor customer service and nothing was done to make up the discrepancy.
