Property was amazing. Beautiful pool. Very nice grounds. 1 tiny negative. We hate the for purchase items being left in the rrom throughout our stay. To take it out is $25. Or leave it there and just dont touch it. We kinda needed the fridge and it made it complicated for us based on space in the room. Other than that we had a great time Thank you!

The service was incredible! Big shout out to michaelangel! Super nice , very efficient and took care of us like a real gentleman. Thats what did for me the whole experience! Ask for him at the reception or at check in he might be soon manager/director of this hotel! Hotel is clean, very nice lobby , pools are well maintained.. 0 complaints i recommend and i will be back!

Pro: Would definitely stay there again. Staff was excellent, beach and pool were great. Room was very good. Valet was timely. Con: High cost for parking and “resort fee”. Simple things were missed; room not cleaned often, tissues and toilet paper were cheap (more like sandpaper) and not replenished. Some towels and paper cups not replaced.

The beach was right in front of hotel w/easy access. The rooms were clean and spacious. The cafe in lobby has over priced food and drinks. The coffee was terrible.

Staying at the Grand Beach Hotels is one of my favorite times. From beginning of your trip to the end it is nothing short of fantastic! The customer service & staff strive to make your time with them the best. I have been going for more than 15 years & will continue as it never disappoints!!! Highly recommend this is a do not miss!!!

We came to Grand Beach Hotel Surfside to celebrate my birthday, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable getaway with my mom and sister. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing. I do want to give credit where it’s due. The front desk and valet staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, and our room was very clean and well maintained. We truly appreciated that. However, several other aspects of our stay made the experience uncomfortable. At times, we received prolonged staring and judgmental looks from some other guests, particularly regarding what we were wearing. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome while simply trying to enjoy our vacation and celebrate my birthday. We had planned to spend time at the adults-only rooftop pool, but it was at full capacity, so we had to use the first-floor pool instead. To make matters more disappointing, the rooftop bar was also closed during our stay, which further limited the rooftop experience we had been looking forward to. The first-floor pool area was chaotic. There were several iguanas roaming around, and two children repeatedly sprayed my mom, my sister, and me with water guns. We politely asked them several times to stop, but they continued. We eventually spoke directly to their father and asked him to please correct the behavior, but unfortunately, he allowed it to continue. Hotel is great overall; lovation is jnbratable; beach exvellentyand so was beach service. Bathrooms/tiling need updating. Service staff at restaurant need better training. HVAC unit in room very loud. Room service not very efficient; one day we waited until almost 4:30pm and another day until 6pm to have room serviced.
