Our group enjoyed staying at this property. The location was very convenient and close to the beach. The staff was very helpful in repairing an issue we found with the sofa bed in the hall. Swift replies and follow ups were much appreciated

I like the place where we stayed it was accessible to the beach, convention center, supermarket and most of all the restaurants. The only thing was the room so hot not really much fixed even I only reported about the room until we’re checked- out. The room I like it actually coz complete appliances. I would love to come back one day soon.

The apartment is in a perfect location, it is literally an 8 min walk away from the beach and the strip. It was very clean and comfortable, highly recommend it.

They were the best ever, staff was very helpful.The management team help me through the whole stay. The management team was even so nice the give me 3 extra hour of time, do to my flight leaving at 5 today.I go to miami at least 3 times a year, without a doubt I'll be at the Drexel everytime.

I can recommend this place. The place has been an absolute god send. I arrived here for my Mom's hospital appointment never thinking much about it but staff here have accommodated us at every turn. From a broken sofa we got an upgrade which was fabulous. Mom was admitted as an emergency extending our stay and staff were amazing throughout the entire trip managing to accommodate us for an extra week. All the staff from maintenance man ,cleaning staff and Elizabeth the manager have been amazing. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts !

The stay was great — a clean, convenient apartment in a good location. Hot water was limited each day, but never uncomfortably cold. The pull-out couch was a bit old and raggedy, though still comfortable, and honestly that summed up the whole place: a little worn around the edges, but clean and well maintained. If you’re after something elegant, this isn’t it — but for a reasonably priced, no-frills stay, it delivered. I’d stay here again.

We were a group of 4 (including a toddler) and overall enjoyed our short stay despite a few pros and cons! Pros: - Great location! Close to Lincoln Road Shopping District, Ocean Drive, beach, and Española Way. - Luggage storage options just 2 and 7 minutes away. - Close to shops, restaurants, and plenty of options during the day or evening. - Family-friendly area and easy to get around. Cons: - Dryer wasn't working, so we had to air dry our clothes. - Limited ventilation made the place smell musty and damp. - Some areas need maintenance, including cracked floors, shower, fridge, and microwave. - Couch was old and stained. - Only one set of bedding and two towels were provided. - Other guests were extremely loud and the walls were thin. Thankfully, our toddler was a champ and slept through the noise! The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early and check out later due to our flights, which we appreciated! They also reached out immediately after our stay and offered a solution for the shortcomings. We weren't asking for anything, so we genuinely appreciated them going out of their way to acknowledge the issues and reassure us that this wasn't their usual standard. Despite the cons, I'd still recommend this place for a short stay because of its convenient location, accessibility to nearby attractions, and the host's hospitality. With some maintenance and improvements, it could be an even better experience!
