Room was spotlessly clean, well equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. Beds were comfortable and our request via the app to make up the sofa bed whilst we were out was responded to immediately. Would highly recommend if you’re in the Miami area!

An incredible experience from start to finish. The entire team was amazing—professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell they take great pride in both the guest experience and the property itself. Highly recommend and would absolutely return!

We arrived a little earlier than our expected check in time and the hostess was very accommodating by allowing us to enter our room rather than wait outside. At all times there were multiple representatives in the lobby to assist with any questions we had. The room was very clean and modern with all items appearing to be brand new. All staff were super friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Domus Brickell Park! The building is brand new and beautifully designed, with modern finishes and a very upscale feel throughout. The amenities were excellent, the rooftop pool was definitely a highlight, offering amazing views and a perfect place to relax. The service was outstanding, with a very responsive and professional team that made everything smooth from check-in to checkout. The location is also ideal, right in the heart of Brickell, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. Overall, a wonderful experience, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The staff was amazing! Everything was handled on the app and staff made sure I knew how to use it. Dropped the car in valet and the guys helped unload the truck. One helped us upstairs to our room while another showing how-to request the housekeeping team to come make up the sofa beds. The beds were very comfortable and very spacious, tons of room for the whole family to spread out! Loved the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Coffee place in the lobby was delicious and I loved that I could order ahead on the app! Kids loved the rooftop pool as well! Great neighborhood, in walking distance to stores and restaurants..as well as centrally located for other things we did in town. Next time we are down in Miami we would love to come back!

having a two bedroom and two bath, living room and a kitchen made it extremely comfortable experience having the terrace. Everything was immaculate and a lot of nice touches like bathroom robes 2 for each bedroom storage under beds, make up mirror. Everything was fully equipped and brand new. One thing I found missing was there was no safe in the room and we didn’t get to explore the rooftop deck was full and view, but I’ll definitely going back. We had a nice experience here.

Amazing stay at Domus Brickell Park! Everything was perfect, from the friendly, professional staff to the clean, modern, and comfortable apartment. The location is ideal, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it a great base for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future. The only very minor downside was that there wasn’t a full-length mirror in the apartment, which would have been a nice touch. Other than that, a flawless experience!

Beautiful place and I would love to come back in the future once all the kinks are worked out and the construction is actually finished. I was unaware they had only opened a week before my stay. Things in my room didn’t work, cold and hot water was mixed up, the rugs in the room shed so bad and get on everything and is very itchy. elevators went down multiple times, one day for almost 4 hours, lot of the amenities that were a selling point were unavailable. Wine bar and steam room both under construction. Lots of construction still going on during my stay one day two men came asking for entry into my room to take measurements. Also there is no privacy locks on the rooms and one staff member walked in while I was getting ready. Also there is no direct way to contact the front desk by phone in case of emergencies or a need for assistance. There is a guest services chat on the app but I am unsure if it’s always a live person as sometimes there is no answer or significant delay in response. Again very beautiful but I probably would have had a better stay had I waited to book once things were completed.
