The room I stayed in was great, all you could need in a room for a short vacation. It was comfortable and the view was beautiful. The location of the hotel is ideal, next to Brickell Station, groceries and pharmacies. The staff was generally helpful. The breakfast was limited but tasted good. I would definitely stay at Atwell again because the location is ideal and the neighbourhood feels safe.

I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Miami – Brickell. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, but what really stood out was the front desk staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. They went above and beyond to assist with my questions and requests, always doing so with a friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help. Their customer service made a stressful travel situation much easier and truly made me feel taken care of. It’s clear that the front desk team understands the importance of creating a positive guest experience. Their kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. I would definitely stay at Aloft Miami – Brickell again and highly recommend it, especially because of the wonderful staff!
