“Erick is the best!!! Carolina has the best conversation and both makes us feel like we were at home. The room and the food was perfect for our family weekend. Looking forward to come back soon. ”

“Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Nice views everywhere arounds.”

“Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sauber. Alles top.”

“L’Esprit Sain was an adequate place to stay while visiting Malmedy, and its central location made it convenient for exploring the town and surrounding area. The staff was pleasant during check-in, and the breakfast each morning was enjoyable, offering a nice selection to start the day. If you’re looking for a simple place to spend the night while sightseeing, it serves its purpose. That said, there were a few aspects that kept the experience from being exceptional. The room was quite dark, even...

“Very nice place. Great atmosphere and surroundings. The room could have benefited from an AC but was otherwise fantastic.”

“Unfortunately, the previous reviews are right. This was an old Best Western that is now in private hands and the hotel is just not kept up. Room cleanliness overall was not good. Floor was dirty and dusty every day (I don’t think they ever swept). Mold behind the room curtains, spider webs, not all pillows had pillowcases, broken toilet seat, clogged bathroom sink, room furniture is old and broken, broken room safe, no screens on the windows so bugs always coming in (and with no air...
