Place was nice, better than we expected. Very nice apartment, equipped with everything you would need. Easy check in. 2 bedroom unit fit 5 people perfectly. My only complaint was that we were on the 6th floor and the elevator was not working properly, we got our daily workout. Great location.

Un lindo lugar para para estar con la familia, muy desacuerdo con la descripción del lugar y espacio acogedor y cómodo solo nos fue un poquito difícil encontrarlo por el letrero de la entrada es un poco pequeño y un poco alto pero de ai en mas esta bastante bien y me párese increíble que te puedan recibir las maletas algunas horas antes del de la hora de ingreso.

Lo que más nos gustó es la ubicación ya que es muy céntrica y está rodeada de varios espacios que se pueden visitar sin necesidad de trasnporte, lo único que en algún momento nos surgió inquietud es el baño creo que es insuficiente un solo baño para siete personas en nuestro caso . Estuve 4 noches, la ubicación excelente, el departamento muy bien, la atención de los trabajadores muy bien, seguridad y limpieza al entregar muy bien, no tiene aire acondicionado pero no se necesita, tiene ventiladores, el agua caliente en el baño es difícil mantenerla estable a una temperatura, los primeros 2 días todos los servicios funcionaron perfectos pero los últimos 2 días el elevador fallo y al menos para nosotros fue un problema por estar en el 4to. Piso, en total el lugar tiene 6 pisos así que esto fue problema para varios, además de que en el elevador solo permite subir 3 personas y a las familias grandes representa subir 2 veces... (Cabe señalar que en seguida le dieron atención al elevador desde el primer día pero al día siguiente volvió a fallar y también volvió a atenderlo pero pues se lleva todo el día sin poder usarlo y si es un problema... )
