Rooms were very clean. Towels, soap and shampoo were top quality. Bath robes a nice touch. Staff weren’t unhelpful but they weren’t overly helpful or organized. The bar which used to be part of the hotel is now a separate establishment at the same address. Great cocktails and service. The owner and staff were incredibly helpful.

Really beautiful hotel. Aesthetically pleasing. Well taken care of , and they surprised us with an anniversary treat on the bed!! So nice! The ONLY thing that's weird is that they don't have telephones in the rooms, so everything is on whatsapp and the response is inconsistent. I would still prefer a phone to directly contact the front desk, if needed. Toto and bathtub was AMAZING - with quick dry tiles in the bathroom. Incredibly gorgeous location. Would definitely recommend :)

Great location in Condesa neighborhood, right next to Parque México. Super walkable and safe area. Staff was friendly and accommodating- English speaking if needed. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Restaurant and bar attached to hotel was delicious and had the best espresso martini! Only complaint is the A/C unit had a musty smell when first turned on

Cute older boutique style hotel but rooms are quite dark and if you’re on top floor, the noise from the bar and smoke permeate your room. Some things were broken but staff fixed it quickly. Staff was very nice! They had some flooding issues also with hotel entry way and lobby bathroom/toilet was leaking water. Overall ok stay but would not stay again.

This is a lovely little hotel in a fantastic location. The staff was super helpful, especially Ian. The towels were huge; I hate teeny little hotel towels. The bed and pillows were comfy. The rooftop is a nice place to sit and have a little drink and relax. I would absolutely stay here again.

I loved the hotel, the location right on Parque Mexico, and the friendly helpful staff. My room was perfect: very comfortable bed, great shower, sweet little balcony for a bit of fresh air, beautiful bath tub, everything I needed. I look forward very much to a return visit. It was perfect for me!!

This hotel is fantastic. The building is super cool bahaus style! The beds are large and comfortable and the toilet is japanese style with jets etc. What truly makes this hotel however is rhe lovely staff and the STUNNING location. Right on the gorgeous Parque Mexico this could not be a better location. Prices so reasonable too.

Wonderful Location with Excellent Service

My wife and I had an excellent couple vacation without the kids for 4 days and this was a great find. Love the location next to the park and the room was comfortable and well designed. The place has a vintage art deco vibe. Excellent value as well.

Wonderful Hotel

An amazing hotel. Perfectly located in the Condessa neighborhood across the street from a beautiful park. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive until the moment you depart. Rooms are a great size stocked with fresh water. Rodona is perfectly located near incredible restaurants and bars. Can’t wait to come back to CDMX to stay here again.

Solo female traveler and I loved my stay at Rodona Hotel. The stylish rooms, luxury bathroom amenities and cozy balcony enhanced my visit and made it especially memorable. The location is also perfect for exploring Condesa by foot and nearby Roma Norte by bike. The ecobikes in the park made getting around the city so much easier. I also appreciated that there was security onsite overnight as well. One issue that did initially concern me was the balcony would not lock appropriately, I asked to change rooms due to this issue and the front desk was able to accommodate however the second rooms balcony also did not lock. Despite this, I was on a higher floor and used the bench to secure the door in the evenings and felt safe. I recommend the hotel review all balcony locking devices as they did not seem to latch effectively. As noted, I still made do and felt secure throughout my stay. The sauna is also a nice feature that I was excited to take advantage of on a rainy evening. I would definitely return to this hotel.
