Fantastic location and overall a great property with a number of amenities, restaurants, and shops in or directly connected to the hotel. Only minor downside was that it could get loud at times during the night, but never enough to significantly disrupt the stay.

Very nice hotel. The best hotel ive stayed in Mexico city. Perfect location to museums and city sites. The rooms are elegant and very spacious with air conditioning. There is a roof top bar with pool and the drinks are awesome. The staff was super helpuf with coordinating transportation wherever and whenever we needed it. Will 100% recommend to anyone and will return.

The rooms were nice and so was the staff. We were unable to get extra towels or pillows, other than the two in the room without an extra charge. Also warned that when we lost our room key, the one that was given to us, we could be charged for the replacement. Floors were not that clean in the room. And there was leftover lingerie in the closet which was kind of gross.

I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times and I like it a lot because of the parking option (they have valet parking), location, safety, hotel style. But, there are a couple things that always bug me: 1) The bathrooms should have ventilation of any kind 2) The TVs should allow connecting Netflix or any streaming platform
