The lobby was under construction. There was a leak that took 3 days out of 5 days for them to fix properly. The entrance to our unit had puddles of water on the floor for the first 3 days straight and kept contacting from desk 5 times before it was fixed proper. Never offered a different room. Tried having breakfast at hotel but it was not included or a percentage off because we stayed in the hotel and was way over priced at 381 pesos per person when lots of restaurants nearby had amazing breakfast for under 200 pesos.

The room was very nice and spacious. One of the reasons I booked here is because it had a kitchen. The only thing is if you needed any plates and or utensils you had to call the front desk in order to get them delivered. We did have to call maintenance twice because the bathroom sink was clogged and a bad odor was coming from it. Along with the toilet clogging up as well. The bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like you were laying down on hard cardboard. I like a firm mattress but this was ridiculous. Now the positives, the location was perfect. Walking distance to el ángel de la Independencia and La Zona Rosa where all the restaurants, bars and clubs are at. Very safe location. Also, the staff was very attentive. I would stay at this hotel again.

I liked almost everything; the hotel is small but very cozy, and located not far from the city center, 5 minutes from the Independence Monument. Surprisingly, the cleaning was done every day, the breakfasts offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were very friendly.

Room was large and clean. Bed comfortable. Wifi good. Plenty of hot water. Convenient location. Couldn’t avoid sewage smell even after switching rooms. Odor strength varied throughout stay. Certain rooms were being upgraded or repaired. Often was a chemical smell which would enter the room; we placed items at bottom of door to limit the smell. Furniture in other rooms was moved at 0100-0130 one night. Didn’t try the restaurant.

Great location near Independence Monument (The Angel) at Paseo de la Reforma, a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops, banks, movies, a shopping mall, street vendors, and Insurgentes Metro (subway) Station. Zona Rosa and almost all areas in CDMX are secure at day and night (with normal precautions as in any big city in the world). Indeed, federal security agency is at the same street of the hotel. Employees are so friendly and professional doing their jobs. PF Hotel & Suites and its “brother” Hotel Plaza Florencia just around the corner are the places to stay in CDMX. See you soon.

Hotel and suites so assume maybe some rooms, have microwave and refrigerator, but ours definitely did not. Not only did it not have coffee maker in room, there was no coffee available in the lobby and could only get coffee from hotel restaurant if it was open at extravagant price. Bathroom was small and had to close door to bathroom in order to open door to shower. This could be easily fixed with sliding door to get into bathroom itself. Location of hotel was very convenient and hotel staff was great. They went out of their way to warn us of the cost of the restaurant for breakfast. We would probably stay here again but there were significant deficiencies, especially the coffee situation
