A great, reasonably priced hotel to stay at in a great location of Roma Norte. Not much to say about amenities since that implies extras, like a gym, pool, etc. That would obviously make the property better. Aside from that it is a clean, nice looking hotel, with friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel is good located in Roma Norte, Mexico City, the room was a little small, but the people were friendly and welcoming, maybe they needed to improve on their restaurant, offering continental breakfast, but it’s not.

This hotel is centrally located at Roma Norte with top restaurants nearby. For a budget hotel, I found it reasonably equipped and quite modern. Since Roma Norte is a highly popular place with tourists, it can be noisy at night. The staff were professional and friendly. Though, the breakfast is only exclusive on a cup of tea/coffee, un glass of juice, and few pieces of fruits (watermelon & papaya). If you need a proper breakfast, you must pay for it. Otherwise, I recommend.

Super clean, affordable hotel in the heart of Roma. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops. The hotel is small and a bit dated (late 80s/early 90s) but well-maintained and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom is cramped but clean with good shower pressure and hot water.

Location was great but keep in mind that place is a bit run down and old. There was only (1) outlet in my room and it was in a very inconvenient location. Shower handle was broken and breakfast is not really breakfast if that's something you need. Other than that, staff was friendly and helpful.

The place is clean. Staff was great with a few people that seem a bit sketchy. The beds are terrible. Hard beds and was hard to sleep with no AC in the building. If you're OK with that, then thats your choice. I wouldn't be staying here again in the future.

Amazing location. Great restaurants, bars, bikes, etc. loved the boulevard and trees. Breakfast was minimal, plugs didn’t work some toime, plug locations were awkward, my room card didn’t work three times, an English language TV program (maybe news) is lacking, the soap dispensers were awkward, noise level was fine.

Nice helpful staff, and clean overall building. The food in the downstairs restaurant was good too. Our room though had a damaged sink faucet handle and light bulb that we requested to be fixed and was not fixed during our stay. But overall nice place for sure.

The rooms are super clean and most importantly, it's pretty quiet too. I was reluctant to book given it's directly on a main street, however, it's affordability won me over. I purchased ear plugs for both myself & my spouse before the trip and found we didn't need them at all. It was very quiet even with our window open at night. (Interior room). Staff is super helpful with recommendations. Didn't have the optional breakfast as there are sooo many options within walking distance.

Do not stay here. I had an awful experience. I stayed for two nights and was bitten by bed bugs. I ended up with bites on my back, arms, and legs on both nights. The Wi-Fi barely works, and cell phone reception inside the building is also extremely poor. For some reason, there is very little signal throughout the property. In fact, when I was checking in, the front desk had trouble processing my payment because their card machine couldn't get a reliable connection. They actually had to walk it closer to the entrance to get enough signal to complete the transaction. My front desk experience was mixed. The two younger women who work during the day were friendly, helpful, and professional. However, the man who works the night shift was not personable and often seemed irritated whenever I asked for assistance. As for the rooms, they are old, stuffy, and in need of updating. The ceiling fan only operates at a single speed, and because of the building's design, the windows face the center of the building, resulting in very little airflow. Rooms are directly across from one another, so opening the windows means no privacy. The room remained hot and uncomfortable throughout my stay. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would recommend staying elsewhere. There are plenty of better options in the area. It's unfortunate because the location is excellent, but the convenience of the location does not make up for the issues with the property.
