First time I have been asked if I wanted the room for 4 hours of 8 hours when I checked in. It's one of those hotels.. Condoms available at check in and in the room. Didn't expect that...

We recently booked a property through Travelosity that was listed as a hotel, had good reviews, and seemed appropriate for tourists. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. The place turned out to be more like a short-stay or by-the-hour motel, which is not suitable for travelers. When we arrived, the room was not clean — the toilet had used toilet paper inside, and the bed still had hair on it. We were honestly shocked. Because of this, we had to spend extra money to transfer to a decent hotel in a better location. It’s disappointing that Travelosity includes this type of property in their packages. It should be clearly labeled and not advertised as a standard hotel.
