The room was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the staff was not very friendly or helpful during my stay. Better customer service would have made the experience much more enjoyable. Overall, the room itself was nice, but the service could definitely improve.”

For years I have been staying at Lucerna, nowadays I travel to Mexicali once or twice a month and unless they are sold out, this hotel will always be my only choice. The staff is great and so the bars and restaurants.
