“We booked a studio for two nights which was on 1/F and clean. A bottle of milk and some cakes were offered, which tasted good. We could park in the driveway or on the street. We visited the Four Waterfalls and hiked to the Pen y Fan along the horse shoe route, both spots were within 30 minutes of drive. Tesco and restaurants were just within a few minutes.”

“Room wasn’t cleaned so also no tea/coffee/water replaced. Called reception and replacements promised within 10 minutes - never arrived after an hour so had to re request. No clean cups or spoons. Two power cuts first night with no answer to an Expedia message. Hotel was extremely dated and it is never a 4 star room and the receptionists all lacked basic pleasantries/communication skills. Much prefer Llechwen Hall stays. Golf course looked nice though”

“The hotel could be amazing but unfortunately it is now dated and needs to be refurbished. The standard twin room does not have an overhead shower and the room was dated and shabby. There was no bottled water as stated either. The room was also very hot and they do not provide fans as standard. The pool is lovely but does need a little TLC and the showers in the changing rooms are extremely hot. As is the general temperature of the changing rooms. “The staff when we checked in was so friendly and helpful. But the lift is not working and their air conditioning is barely working, it’s not good with this weather. But all the staff are friendly and polite.”

“Stayed here many many times when working in the area and always find it clean and comfortable. Unfortunately on this occasion I was disappointed in room (207) as the window would not close and the room faces onto the busy main road which is very noisy. Also the TV was broken so had no choice but to listen to the boy racers and motorbikes outside instead. Just unlucky it was the last double room available.
