It is a place with a good location, the service is

I found a flea and it bit me during the night, and the walls are so thin, you can completely hear everything, kids crying, adults screaming and alarms at 4:00 am every 10 minutes. The employee was supportive but they ignored him.

Staff where helpful.l & friendly. Beautiful original building with fan & air con & bottled water a bonus. Frequent load music at night from surrounding night clubs but I slept with ear plugs. The TV reception was not good, but the location to everything especially the Plaza was fantastic & I could walk everywhere 👍

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Room was old and smelled dirty, the bathroom had an even worse smell all the time. Very noisy, you could hear people in the next rooms clearly. I was really expecting more. There are more options for the same price or less in Meridas downtowns with better installations and amenities.

Al cuarto le falta que sustituyan una ventana (está sellado con material provisional) y recomiendo que el pasillo tenga mejor iluminación (está algo oscuro por la decoración de las lámparas). Todo lo demás, está bien

La verdad muy buen servicio la habitación con clima y super limpio muy recomendable, y accesible en precios. Muchas gracias sobre todo a la persona que se encargaba del aseo del cuarto muy ordenado y muy limpio. Saludos. No dejen de ir a Mérida es muy bonito
