This is an exceptional property our family is stayed here before although this being a second visit to this property. Upon our check-in and arrival we were charged an additional 400 pesos. The age of our eldest child was 12 and was considered an adult this was a surprise. The room we received was not as good / clean as the first time or is clean. But the overall property is well taken care of and maintained and in a good location to the city center. Parking was good. When the room was booked to include breakfast and after our breakfast we would charge for it and after a matter of conversation the breakfast was credited back. Upon booking the room it included breakfast and I was told it must have been an error with the platform. Otherwise this is a wonderful property

Room is great, cleaning staff do a good job. Tried the breakfast at the hotel and it's great, nice, friendly staff. I got in early and I was allowed early check in, muchas gracias! 😊 Location is also great and near the Sta Lucia park.

Parking was easy and convenient. Nice quaint hotel conveniently situated to the squares. Internet was sketchy and tv did not connect to the internet so couldnt watch tv. I did mention it but no one attended to it. Overall the stay was comfortable.

It was lovely - my room was clean and spacious, with a daily cleaning service; the hotel is very pleasant and attractive, and the reception staff went over and above in their efforts to help. The location was safe and walkable, and for the price it was an absolute bargain. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent. Very close to the city centre, and a few metres away from a lovely bakery and an amazing cantina. The pool is very nice and the rooms are comfortable. Our room had a small terrace, which was a lovely detail.

Perfect location; all the places I wanted to go to were walkable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and bathroom facilities all in great working order…hot water, strong flow.
