Horrible service, we called to ask for rooms available they said to book online. Once we arrived the front ladies and supervisor did not greets us, did not ask for reservation info, didn’t even look at us to help. Said they were busy and they would help us in a minute. Minutes passed by and no one gave us service. We asked multiple times if they could check for the rooms and they can’t do anything on the computer, you have to do everything online.

Estuvo horrible, nos quedamos atrapadas en el elevador con mi mamá de la tercera edad, mi bebé recién nacida y yo recién operada. Tuvimos que brincar del elevador, nos dieron una habitación en planta alta y no podía subir escaleras con la operación además en la página de Expedia decía que la habitación tenía dos camas Queen y ni siquiera cuentan con ese tipo de camas, cuando pusimos la queja nadie nos ayudó y en Expedia no nos resolvieron nada ni cambio de hotel ni reembolso. No recomiendo para nada el hotel
