Beautiful place with several areas outside to sit, relax and have a view. The coffee at the front was amazing and the fact that the restaurant was attached to the hotel as well as a beautiful restaurant next-door was great. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Beautiful property on the lake. We had a large king room with balcony over the lake, just wonderful. Loved the Adirondack chairs on the lakefront. Great area, Weirs beach down the road was great. Restaurants within walking distance. The lake is spectacular. We’ll be coming back in the future.

The location was wonderful and activities were close by. Staff went out of their way for us especially Sasha at the front deck. It was nice to have a complimentary bottle of water in our room. What I didn't like was the lack of chairs outside to see the view of the water,which can be easily fixed..

The property was perfectly located in Meredith. Our at the Palmer Inn was on the bottom level near a utility closet, the room was very noisy with mechanical noises and the rumbling of the a/c. I would stay at Mill River again but I would try another one of the properties.

Beautiful view, great coffee, good restaurants, ideal area. Pet peeves: narrow opening for toilet, dim lighting in shower, balcony needed sweeping- cob webs, guests had preschoolers in hot tub and adult pool area, other guests saving chairs they weren’t using with towels and monopolizing area to lake with a dog playing fetch blocking guests from going in the water , also dragged a resort chair down in lake water and even drying their dog with resort towels used for guests. In addition another guest had a screaming swearing meltdown with his partner that could have become violent.

Thank you, Lloyd, Jill, and Bobbie for a beautiful day and f you had any problems or needs I could call them and have it fixed. Luck I was not having any problems I did find my self loving every thing. I really loved the bedding everything was great beautiful and calming . Would not change a thing I will be telling all my friends about this place. Walked to ever place we wanted to eat, shop, or swim. Fantastic views. I am going again thanks for a great stay

Although we went up during Laconia bike week 2026, the property was still maintained. It's a beautiful area up there in Meredith. The lake is so pretty. All the amenities and areas around the lake are well kept and maintained. It was quiet, our room had a balcony which looked right out onto the lake (the lake is across the street) I didn't get to use or enjoy the hot tub or the pool but it was beautiful. I wish we weren't so busy because I would have definitely used it. The only difficult part was finding where to check in and then where your building was that you actually stayed in because there's many buildings it's not just one spot. The buildings that the rooms are in are a little ways down the road from where you check in. But once you get to know the area it was pretty easy. I had a wonderful time and would definitely visit this place again.
