Bon accueil dès 15h. Grande chambre très propre et literie très agréable. Très calme avec une piscine agréable et directement accessible. L'offre gracieuse de café, thé et eau potable à l'entrée de l'hôtel est très appréciable Parking à proximité immédiate par l'arrière de l'hôtel. Hôtel très bien situé avec accessibilité directe sur le port de Farnells avec ses commerces et restaurants. Possibilité de départ jusqu'à 12h. Un problème d'évacuation d'eau de la douche très rapidement réglé par le personnel. Merci pour ce bon séjour dans votre établissement.

Voor de service krijgt de accommodatie een 10!! Kathrine reageerde op alle vragen via de app en regelde alles wat niet goed was. Jammer genoeg was de kamer erg gehorig en klein. De douche hing een douchegordijn en al het water stroomt naar buiten waardoor alles nat wordt. Had dit gemeld,ze hadden gordijntje lager gehangen maar het hiel niet.Kamer is erg oud en deuren zijn gammel. Zou fijn zijn als beneden met nummerborden aangegeven wordt welke kamers op welk verdieping bevinden. Accomodatie ligt op een hele fijne locatie met genoeg restaurants,winkels en gratis parkeerplaatsen. Doordat alles online gaat werd bij aankomst alles netjes doorgestuurd via de app,maar dit zou fijner zijn geweest om een dag eerder te krijgen want ik heb niet opgelet dat er nog ontbijt inbegrepen was en kwam pas op laatste dag achter. Ik had lastminute geboekt en daardoor niet goed opgelet en de informatie die je krijgt staan in hele kleine lettertjes en moment dat je aankomst ga je focussen waar de ligging etc is en derest lees je over het hoofd. Vond echt heel jammer want 1 dag heb ik zelf betaald ontbeten met mijn zoon in het restaurant die super heerlijke koffie en broodjes hebben. Dus letop bij het boeken als je ontbijt hebt,maak er zeker gebruik van. Was een fijn verblijf,mede door Kathrine zij is erg behulpzaam en heel klantvriendelijk

El hotel está recién reformado y se nota. Las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado, ventilador, frigorífico, terraza. La cama y almohada eran muy cómodas y el baño estaba bien. El desayuno está muy bien. La piscina es ideal para ir con niños. Tiene zona en la que hacen pie. Muy recomendable.

Personnel très avenant, une bonne odeur de fraîcheur et de propreté en rentrant dans la chambre chaque jour, salle de bain propre et très fonctionnelle. Chambre bien équipée avec frigo top, ventilateur de plafond et Clim, petite terrasse… Bref le top
