I liked the hotel and the staff was lovely. It was really convenient to all that I was doing as this was a business trip. My only comment is that it is a bit of an older hotel and there were some "cracks" in the track of the curtains in the room. It wasn't a big deal, but I couldn't help but notice. The room itself was clean and nice, and I will stay there again.

Elevators were slow and had issues during our stay. Used the stairs which were dirty and not in great condition. Doors were hard to open to the stairs. Staff was excellent. My room was clean, however, I did notice there was still hair in the sink and water still came out of the faucet when taking a shower. So it felt like a shower bath. When checking in, I was not told they charge for parking nor did I see it in while booking the room. I’m used to breakfast being included with the stay of the hotel. However, the breakfast was not included despite how much you’re paying for the room ($200/night). You have to pay $12 extra if booking online for breakfast and if you don’t include the exact number of people with you, you or them will have to pay for their breakfast. The staff was friendly and loved the woman who waited on me and my children at breakfast.
