Stay was very nice and staff was very helpful. Only improvement I would say is that the breakfast can have some egg option. I miss my protein, that is just my thought. Otherwise perfect.

Great location. Helpful staff. Hotel is very run down, curtains are old and ill fitting to the window, carpet heavily soiled, bed pretty uncomfortable but sheets and towels were clean. The showers don't have a full door so water gets on the vinyl floor in front of the sink and the solution is to "put a towel on the floor". It was OK, and I made it work but I wouldn't book it again. I think there are alternative affordable choices in the CBD.

I have no complaints my stay at Ibis was excellent the room was clean and comfortable but best of all you are smack bang in the middle of the CBD and I found you can walk anywhere to get you where you need to be and the staff was very helpful

Good location, easy to navigate the CBD from the hotel and if arriving via SkyBus you can get a free tram to just outside the hotel. Sadly the room I stayed in was rather tired and in need of updating to what I would expect from a basic budget hotel. Window had a frosted film duck taped to it, the shower was directly next to the bed with no shower door so water flooded into the room. Generally needs attention and decoration. That said, a bed is a bed and it was acceptable for cheap short break

Right in the centre of the business district. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and food stores nearby. Room was a little bit tired but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were very helpful particularly as I needed to store my suitcase whilst travelling out of town through the weekend.
