Beautiful hotel, with elegant interior design. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It’s located near public transportation, nightlife and restaurants. The only thing I’d like to highlight is because it’s near all the clubs it gets very loud late at night and the windows are not sound proofed. If you’re a light sleeper this may not be the best place to stay. But overall great experience.

Breakfast was great, staff was amazing and very helpful. Hot tub was very nice. The room was a bit unclean. Table and bathroom surfaces were very clean. Bedsheets and robes were washed but had hair. They were changed immediately upon notification and the staff was great. Would still recommend. Right in the middle of the action easy walk to many restaurants.

The staff goes over and beyond at the hotel! My room was available early but I could tell it had been rushed with the cleaning due to an issue in the bathroom. I ate at all the restaurants on property and WOULD GO BACK! The food alone was amazing. Overall the property is excellent and a space I will return to again and again!

I stayed at the hotel in July 2026 for roughly a week. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my time there. Most of those whom I interacted with also spoke very good English so it was a relief. Breakfast was included, which consisted in a list of items to choose from. I tried a different dish each day. My favorite was the Crab and egg arepa. While I spent a lot of time exploring Poblado, Medellin and nearby districts, I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room during the down time. However, be aware that the nighttime can be a bit noisy because there are lots of nearby restaurants and pubs. Although, the hotel’s staff had inform me of this at the beginning and offered to relocate me if the noise was unbearable, I opted to remain where I was because I didn’t have trouble sleeping at night.

The terrace pool and area on the top floor are very small and there was a loud event taking up the space when we tried to use it. The community around the hotel is extremely loud late into the early morning on some nights, as in thumbing music until 3 am or later. The breakfast was wonderful and the location was good if you are a party person, which we aren't.

Solid stay at The Marquee. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the room was spotlessly clean. We booked a high-floor room, which I’d strongly recommend: the surrounding Parque Lleras area is very loud at night, and although the hotel does disclose this upfront before booking, a higher floor makes a real difference and keeps the noise manageable. The bar was very good, both downstairs and up on the rooftop terrace, which has a great view and is a perfect spot to relax. The included breakfast was okay, though the options were a bit limited. My only other wish is that they offered a few more amenities, like a proper gym. Overall a clean, well-located hotel with great service, and I’d consider staying again.

I have been traveling to Medellin for the past 4 years and this was my first time staying at the Marquee. There is nothing negative I can say. The hotels super clean and the staff is super friendly. Great location and they have complimentary goodies in the room. I found the price reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.
