Location and price was thebeat part the only bad part was there was no hot water and the noise from the music from the clubs was unbearable until 5am

Es un área llena de discotecas y vida nocturna hasta las 4 de la mañana. La experiencia fue terrible, no se puede dormir en este lugar. Las habitaciones son básicas, tienen mal olor y el baño súper incómodo.

Au milieu de tous les clubs du quartier El Poblado

Hôtel situé dans le quartier le plus bruyant et animé de Medellín jusqu’à 4h du matin (honnêteté du réceptionniste sur le sujet), chambre très sale (peut-être une omission), proposition d’une autre chambre (un peu mieux), annulation et remboursement des 2 nuits suivantes mais paiement de 50€ (200.000 pesos) pour une nuit horrible ! (Pas de geste commercial - paiement d’une nuit + 10€ - 40.000 pesos de frais Hôtels.com)

Great service and facilities in a loud area

I spent a night here. Yes, the area is extremely loud but I got some earplugs from the reception and I slept like a baby. Paulina from the reception was really nice and spoke good English. She extensively answered all the questions I had and made sure I had everything I needed. Thanks Paulina!

Great value close to nightlife

Peter at Reception was friendly, helpful, informative and provided option for room with no window but less noise or front room with window but more noise from the bars outside. I prefer a room with a window so opted for the front room on the top (4th) floor and found the noise level agreeable and was able to sleep. There is no a/c, no hot water and no elevators.

Unclean

The place has a really good location since it is in the middle of Lleras Park but the facility has too many flaws that make you want to leave as soon as you get there, for instance the bed had hairs from previous guest and the bathroom had 3 soaps that were not taken out by the staff apparently from previous guests. Not to mention that there is no hot water and the water flows out so you will have a pool inside the bathroom very quick. Will definitely not recommend this place!

The front desk and cleaning staff are excellent,friendly and helpful. I have stayed here naby times and am always satisfied. I plan to stay again on my next trip. I highly recommend this hotel.
