Faranda was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. I really enjoyed the views, the time spent there, the 11th floor with the jacuzzi, gym and spa. Wonderful stay, will definitely stay there again

Best hotel we’ve stayed in Medellin. Staff is fabulous 100% super friendly and knowledgeable of where to visit. Location is walkable to malls, restaurants, parks, public transportation and cafes. Rooms are extremely clean. Bed was super comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Medellin. We stayed 8 nights. Food was amazing. Eating upstairs with a gorgeous views of the city. Gym was fantastic. Spa was brilliant.

I was very disappointed by the way one of the waitresses spoke to me when I took a plate of food to bring to my children in our hotel room. I understand that the restaurant may have policies regarding taking food outside, but those policies should be communicated politely and professionally. Her tone was unnecessarily rude and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Good customer service is not only about serving food—it is also about treating guests with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this interaction negatively affected my overall experience.

The location was great and the included breakfast was one of the best we have had. The service at the restaurant and upper bar was wonderful. The service at the lobby bar was sub par at best. The gym is not well maintained and falling apart. The wifi was the worst we have ever had at a hotel. The mini bar got restocked with water the last day that we were there and we never given clean drinking glasses for our entire stay when the room was cleaned.
