“Sehr schönes Zimmer, allerdings wurde die Dusche war die Dusche auch nach mehr als einer Minute noch kalt. Die Antwort des Chefs war, es sei ein selten genutztes Zimmer, das könne schon mal so sein. Da frage ich mich, wie das mit der Legionellenprävention laufen soll.. nach der Antwort habe ich es nicht nochmal versucht und im Schwimmbad geduscht. Schade, ansonsten ein sehr gutes Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück und mehr als zuvorkommendem Personal. ”

“Para familias muy bien, muchas actividades para los ninos. Pero la habitacion no estaba my limpio. Estba bien arreglado pero el suelo estaba bastante sucio. El resto fue muy bonito. ”

“The place had a kind of home from home atmosphere.Our room was spacious with a seating area and outside balcony also with seating. The town centre with all its amenities was a short 10min walk away. The owner/manager and his partner were an extremely friendly and helpful couple. He even allowed me to park my motorcycle in his garage.”

“Hat alles gepasst, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück lecker und gute Auswahl. Die Bar mit dem netten Barkeeper auch sehr zu empfehlen. Das einzige kleine Manko zur Talseite wuchert das Unkraut. Sieht optisch etwas ungepflegt aus, wenn mal Zimmer mitTalblick hat.”

“Alles in allem gut. Das sind Zimmer ist durch dunkle Farben und altbackende Möbel (P43) sehr dunkel. Die Abluft im Bad sehr laut.Alles ist sehr sauber und ich hatte ein sehr gutes Frühstück.”

“Erg fijne accommodatie. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ze blijven zich verontschuldigen voor bepaalde zaken omdat ze pas overgenomen zijn door Fletcher. Jammer dat er geen airconditioning is maar verder heeft het alle faciliteiten incl. mooi zwembad/whirlpool en sauna. We hadden last van veel mieren op de kamer maar er werden direct lokdoosjes geplaatst (maar die hielpen nog niet echt) . Wij hadden met onze kleinkinderen de familiekamer geboekt. “The hotel is nice but I had a terrible experience as a customer. I had a reservation from 22/02 until 24/02. I had to arrive late at the hotel due to personal reasons and I had not seen that I had to call in advance so that they can prepare a late arrival. The check-in time limit was 18:00 and I called them around 21:30 to ask if the restaurant was still open, and to my surprise they told me that not only the restaurant was closed, but so was the hotel. “Matratze war mir persönlich zu hart. Es war sauber. Das Bad war modernisiert worden. Der Rest ist schon ein wenig genutzt worden Das Frühstück war lecker. Etwas mehr Auswahl und frische Brötchen wären gut. Das Personal war für Sauerländer Verhältnisse sehr freundlich.”

“The room was nice and clean, the only thing is that the family room was on the 3rd floor, there was no way we could carry all of our luggage so we needed to just grab a small bag and leave the rest in our car. Also the hotel’s lobby and restaurant was closed and the restaurant was closed, we couldn’t have access to the internet.”
