“The fire alarms went off and when asking the staff what's going on and if there is a fire they say I don't know you can either wait outside or stay in your room. No towels at the pool the whole time.”

“Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years.”
