The staff and the location of the hotel was great. The room & the bathroom was very clean & spacious! The Tyson's corner mall is the footsteps away from the hotel,which was very nice for dining in and have some drinks at the local bars and pubs. We'll definitely come back to this hotel again !!!

A beautiful modern hotel with attention to detail! The room was clean and spacious with a sofa and chair for relaxing. I really appreciated the motion sensor night lights in the bathroom and on the bedside floor. Great location with a parking garage and shopping mall attached. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff and hotel itself was amazing the only reason I did not give a perfect star was the motion sensors light in the room that you can not turn off drove me crazy and the water pressure In the shower is weak unless you have it on max extreme hot water

Kayla at the front desk was wonderful! She made our whole trip great, from providing us with different options to eat, telling us about the hotel shuttle, and making sure we had everything that we needed. She was just grand. Hotel room itself was nice, very clean. The bathrooms, in the lobby were little nasty, but I assume that is from the constant traffic from the attached mall. Parking was tight, it cost 22/day for self parking and 40/day for valet. If you do not park in the "Hyatt" parking area, you may be at risk for having your car towed (what I was told). Overall great place to stay, would stay there again if needed.
