Air conditioning dusty never cleaned in years. They just made the beds and hangers the towels but not mopped the floors.

I have stayed there many times. Location is fantastic & view of the cathedral is beautiful.
Stay there 4-5 times per year. Love it.

The hotel was super clean and well maintained. Bed comfortable, nespresso machine, NA drinks and water in the fridge as part of the resort fee, and a clothes steamer was a welcome amenity in the room!
I got put in one of the specially designed artist rooms which was fun - even though it was on 2nd floor and facing the street the noise wasn’t too loud at night!

Breakfast was amazing, found a half filled water bottle in the room that was used, room service was not that good.
