The great service I receive from the GM Rick to every member of the service staff and of course the awesome front desk personnel is always spot on and consistent. I highly recommend this location to anyone coming to the Rio Grande Valley. The staff is ALWAYS ready to listen to any concerns and resolution or information is given promptly.

Terrible stay

The hotel itself needs renovations as is, the elevator was scary going up, hallway were hot and needed more AC. The room itself had dead roaches on the floor, our shower was leaking so it was a constant drip sound, toilet seat loose, appliances rusty, and there was a stain on the sheets!

I stayed here for 10 days, and it was a decent experience. The staff was helpful and accommodated my early check-in, which I really appreciated. The room was equipped with a stovetop, fridge, and microwave, which made my stay more convenient. Overall, a good option for an extended stay.
