Love this hotel this is my second time staying here, staff is great, pools are awesome, only thing that could be better is the bar by the pool as the service was kinda slow but other than that this hotel delivers, beautiful ocean view worth paying extra for sure.

Modern resort , but it is overpacked, the pools are not big enough and there is not enough daybeds. You literally need to wake up at 6am to get a spot . Kids are constantly going in adults only pool. The buffet is way too small , honestly do u need a whole buffet area for salsas ? I will say the little food options there was were delicious, but everything runs out fast because it’s to packed. This resort should not be giving away day passes to use the facilities and they do wish makes it more packed .

Room was clean, staff were excellent and very helpful. Air conditioning in the room was adequate. The restaurant on site was mediocre, and we only ate there a couple of times. We ate offsite most of the time and had some really excellent meals. We were disappointed in the fact that there was no small refrigerator in the room. Would have been nice to have some cold drinks in the room along with some snacks.

The hotel is in a great location; however, there are several areas where I feel the overall guest experience could be improved. The main floors and elevators were frequently wet from guests coming in from the beach and pool areas, which created a noticeable slip hazard and safety concern. I was also disappointed by the limited availability of snacks, beverages, and basic essentials. The hotel does not have a well-stocked convenience store or coffee bar. The Cocoa Coffee Bar had a very limited selection, and during our stay, the blender was not working and several ingredients were unavailable. There were also very few dessert or meal options. In addition, I was surprised that the guest rooms did not provide basic items such as a notepad and pen, and my room did not have a small refrigerator. Adding more towel hooks in the rooms would also be very helpful for hanging towels, swimsuits, and clothing. The hotel has a lot of potential, especially given its excellent location, but addressing these details would make the stay much more comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable for guests. I don’t think I will stay there in the near future!

Exceptional view. Room clean. Had to call reception to have room cleaned. Should hang sign on door to request/not request this service. All inclusive does not mean you get good liquor. Breakfast menu was great, except no variety on fruit. Lunch and dinner menus were ok, sometimes mediocre. No seafood served at this hotel in Mazatlan? Food at the pool was horrible. Great location. Receptionist when registering was rude and unaccommodating when I asked about restaurants, etc.

"AI-lite" is probably an overstatement. -No fridge, no stocked drinks in your room -No alcohol served until 1030am...ie no morning mimosa or bloody Mary. -No bar to hang out in the evening, they have a limited bar in the sterile coffee shop in the evening - They run out of sandwiches and snacks by the evening, so your all- inclusive ends there too. You can buy LIMITED food at the coffee shop. -No sign on the ADULT pool, so kids were constantly getting in, diaper kids... soooo many kids - Limited sun loungers, get up early - No AM omelet bar, no bacon, limited variety of food, mediocre at best. Some days they have a taco stand. - Pool service by José was excellent. - Top/middle shelf alcohol is not included. No canned or bottled beer or soda is part of the all- inclusive. - The coffee shop lady is crusty, matronly, and made you feel like you were really putting her out. - No place to hang out after 9pm. There is a bar outside of the dining area, it would be perfect for later night music and drinks and games etc. Instead the place just dies at 9pm. We won't re-book.
