“The rooms and the stay was impeccable! It truly went above my expectations, I was only there for one night but really was excellent. One note I would be wary about is using their “affiliate partner” taxi service who they recommended to get me to Karakol. He is maybe not the best person for English speaking tourists who are unfamiliar with the country to coordinate transport with. I had issues with my bank card when I first arrived and he had not appropriately addressed the situation to help me...
