rooms were very clean, however staying 2 nights, the hotel did not replenish the coffee or towels. Went to the front desk and asked to replenish the coffee and towels. After returning to the room 4 hours later they did not replenish. Went back to front desk and had to request again.

My husband and I spent the weekend here for our 5th anniversary. It was mostly absolutely amazing. The food was absolutely the best food. We ate at the steakhouse and we were in awe with the service the food and the vibes. We also enjoyed a couple massage at the spa and it was pretty amazing. Was a little pricey but it was worth it. The outdoor pool was very nice but the bar was hardly open and you were not allowed to take your own drinks in. Lots of little kids running around and screaming. Usually dont mind too much but we were kid free so not as relaxing as would have liked. Not too big of a deal. Our room was perfect. The bed is so comfortable. The temperature was perfect and we really enjoyed the huge tub. All In all it was amazing. Some of the staff could definitely fix their attitudes especially the front desk. The valet parking was great and their customer service was on point.

One of the ladies at the front desk wasn’t so helpful, but it was a gentleman and also the manager there that were amazing and I really appreciate them only negative there was like a dirt stain on the sheets forgot to bring it to their attention. My overall, it was pretty good.

Most importantly I’m not a gambler I stayed here because it was convenient. Staff was very nice. Room was very shabby, not what I’d expect for $150/night. Food downstairs was terrible. Didn’t finish my chicken tenders because they were so dry. Found great restaurants 2 miles away. My fault for not checking the casino restaurant ratings. Right there with Taco Bell
