Rooms are very clean and modern, breakfast has good options, staff is super nice and friendly (helped us fix our car that ran out of battery!), and gym is really well equipped. Great stay overall.

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Booking Cancelled Without Notice I booked a one-night stay at this resort specifically for my girlfriend’s birthday. I reserved one of their villas with pool access, as I wanted the evening to be relaxing and special for both of us. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was shocked to find out that the resort had cancelled my reservation without notifying me in advance. I received no call, email, or other communication informing me that my booking had been cancelled. After speaking with the receptionist, I was offered a one-bedroom room with no view, which was completely different from what I had originally booked and paid for. Considering that this was my girlfriend’s birthday and that I had specifically selected the villa for the experience and amenities, I found this extremely disappointing. I respectfully asked to speak with the person in charge because I wanted an explanation for how this could happen. From my perspective, it appeared that the room I had reserved may have been given to another guest and my reservation simply cancelled without any attempt to contact me. Whether that was actually the case or not, the lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable. I live in the United States and was visiting the area, hoping to enjoy one relaxing night with my girlfriend. Instead, what was supposed to be a special occasion turned into an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend that travelers

I don't usually write reviews, but Luxeley Hotel truly deserves one. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The customer service was exceptional and a special shout-out goes to Tania at the front desk. She is the definition of outstanding customer service. She was warm, professional, attentive to our needs, provided a tour of the facility and was genuinely caring. She made us feel welcomed from our very first conversation on the phone and that level of service continued throughout our stay. The room was spotless, well-organized and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail was in place which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell that pride is taken in maintaining both the property and the overall guest experience. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with a great variety of options and quality food that exceeded expectations. What I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. Luxeley is the kind of place for people who appreciate quality, value a quiet environment and respect the property and those around them. Our stay was everything I hoped it would be and more. I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend Luxeley Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service and a truly relaxing experience. Thank you to Tania and the entire Luxeley team for making our stay such a memorable one.
