“The rooms are small, cramped. Very little space to store clothing. Cleaning was mediocre. Bed linen felt cheap and grainy. The picture of the pool in promotional material is of a sister hotel up the road. The pool here is small. The hotel has no dining room. Eating takes place again up the road at its sister hotel. The walk is about 8 minutes long, although sometimes a buggy is free to drive you to the dining room. The bathroom is cramped and unpleasant. The hotel feels very dated and...

“Everything was simply perfect.
From the beautiful pool-access room to the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the staff, every detail felt special. The hotel manager personally walked us to the dining room on our first visit, and Nikos from one of the hotel’s impressive restaurants was absolutely amazing.
The spa is also fantastic and even offers hairdressing services.
Simply wow. If you’re visiting Crete, don’t miss the chance to stay at OROS. An unforgettable experience!”

“This is a relatively new resort. The experience was very relaxing. Staff well trained. Very nice arrival experience.
Restaurants were ok but not exceptional. Italian menu was relatively limited.
There are a number of snagging items that need to be addressed in the room.
Also staff forgot to refresh drinking water in our room on our second day.
Swimming in the sea was incredible.
All in all we came away very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.”
