The Mora is a beautiful property. It’s very peaceful and aesthetically pleasing!! The rooms are extremely clean and large. The staff is very welcoming and engaging. Welcome snacks and a drink were provided on arrival. A bit of honesty for other readers considering staying here: I wasn’t a fan of the buffet food, mostly Indian. The other restaurants are by reservation only and the steak house was fully booked my entire stay. So I would advise to book ahead. And the resort is over an hour from Stonetown however, I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return!

On it's own away from the outside area, this is an excellent property. The beach can be accessed by others but that is not an issue and the beach traders are not intrusive. Shopping, dining, leasure and activities all catered for on site but trips out can also be organised from within the complex. But the the thing that makes this place are the staff, from the gardening team to head chef, each and every one was courteous, helpful and happy. Well done staff you make this place.

The Mora is a beautiful property with lots of ameneties like spa, dving center and lots of activities. The pools are really nice as well. We enjoyed our stay there but for us to go back few things would need to improve. The cost to stay there is high so we had a level of expectation that was similar to what we got at all inlcusive high end hotels in Kenya. Unfortinately we were disappointed. Drinks: While they are included the quality that was provided was terrible. For example $5 bottles of wine are included that taste terrible and all decent wines have a surcharge. Hard liquor was some local brand that wasn't drinkable. Surcharges for decent liquor was very high. Staff: While staff are nice there is a significant language barrier. If you ask for coffee a certain way or a drink to be made a certian way the staff do not understand. While friendly they need better training. Drinks quality and staff need improvement for us to comsider this resort in the future.

The Mora is set in beautifully manicured gardens a few yards from a lovely white sandy beach. Our room was nice and quiet, always clean and well looked after. We tended to use the pool area mostly during the day - which was lovely and comfortable with a great drinks service. Food was good and varied throughout our stay - visit the Jikan for a premium sushi experience - excellent. The most impressive thing for us was the Staff who were always so polite and happy and helpful every single day - they all made us feel very welcome.
