I loved the fact that we could just go for a walk on the seashore directly from our room. And we had our breakfast by the windows of the dining room which was lovely. A very pleasant 2night stay.

Beautiful historic building with a lot of charm. Amazing outdoor area and access to the beach. We picked up a pizza and ate it out back. Being a historic building it has some quirks (ie rooms have metal keys, that many people couldn’t figure out) but we took it as a feature of the historic building. We were there with two kids. Perfect location for catching the ferry. Would definitely stay there again. People should expect a simple stay in an old building with plenty of charm.

This is really a roadside motel, ala Motel Six. Everything is a bit frayed around the edges and the towels are like sandpaper. Paper thin walls resulted in hearing all sorts of noises from the rooms on either side. The location is good, though.

We had a sea view room and I never have seen a sunset more beautiful in my life! We got to watch right from the patio of the room. The place allowed for dogs and it was a great spot, lots of grass available, and it was right on the beach. The room was fairly clean and spacious, however the bed was not very comfortable. It would have been helpful if there was an option to be able to order food from the restaurant to take back to the room. Overall we would certainly go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was exceptionally clean. The view of the water from our room was wo derful. There was a bit of confusion with our reservation, and Marc Antoine helped Gabrielle to sort it out, and upgraded us at no extra charge when the room we had booked wasnt available. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was worth every penny. The $19 per person buffet breakfast was excellent. All the staff was friendly and efficient. The bed wasnt the most comfortable, but that would be our only small complaint. Walking the beach before we left was a wonderful bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
