“Trevligt boende som ligger helt ok.”

“Lítil þjónusta. Enginn starfsmaður á staðnum nema i morgunmat. Sagt er að hotel hafi bar og veitingastað ...en hvoru tveggja var lokað þessa 5 daga sem við dvöldum. Því var nauðsyn að keyra í bæinn eftir mat og drykk. Það var ekki samkvæmt okkar plani. Ég vil að það standist það sem auglýst er.”

“At check-in pretty friendly reception, later not friendly. May be a language problem. Unfortunately I don’t speak French. There was a lot of noice in the property… either way I would never go back there. ”

“The location close to the port was important with ferry access but it was nice to be able to walk around the historical port area. The staff spoke English and were very helpful- I had not had lunch and was starving - they graciously made me a snack (it was not free but I was grateful). They also made a great dinner recommendation in close proximity. The previous night the area was involved in protests and I felt very safe as a female solo traveler.”

“Al llegar al aeropuerto me di cuenta que el hotel no estaba ahí mismo. Así que hable al hotel para verificar donde estaba y resultó que estaba muy lejos, por lo que me dijeron cancelará la habitación y que no me la cobrarían. el detalle es que el sistema no me dejó cancelar y me gustaría aclarar como le podemos hacer para que no me lo cobren. Mi calificación es media, ya que no me quede en el hotel gracias y espero su respuesta.”
