“Seguramente, uno de las instalaciones más completas de Merano. Habitaciones amplias y confortables. Muy buena zona de spa, con piscinas y saunas. Desayuno completo. Está en una zona residencial sin ruidos. Buena calidad de sueño. No está cerca del centro, pero Merano es una ciudad pequeña y tampoco se puede decir que esté lejos (a unos 15 min a pie) La pega principal es que está muy centrado en clientes que hablan alemán. Y aunque en el personal habla inglés e italiano, toda la documentación...

“We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were both generous and had a wide selection. The ski storage area and the easy access to the lift were fantastic. The only two things that could be improved are the wine selection in the bar and raising the temperature a bit in the outside warm pool”

“Lots of attractions for kids, rooms a bit small, but ok. Staff very friendly. Close to mountains and next to cable car 🚡. Lots of free parking spaces. Hotel offers free access to local transport links like busses or trains to Innsbruck, so you can leave the car in the hotel and travel by train to Innsbruck. Inside the hotel there's also train tunnel museum which is interesting and free. Food was quite nice too. Would recommend. ”

“The hotel has a lot of potential. It’s well located in the city center, within walking distance of major cable car stations, with modern and cozy interior design and nice breakfast. However, for a 4-star hotel, we expected a much smoother and more reliable experience. Even before arrival, communication was stressful, I was asked to prepay parking and city tax via a link that didn’t work, which took nearly an hour to sort out.
