Intanto devo ammettere che non immaginavo un posto così pieno di piante , sembra un giardino incantato. Molto pulito. Gentilissimo tutto lo staff che con garbo ti mette subito a proprio agio. Molto ampie, pulite, confortevoli e piene di luce le stanze che hanno anche un bel balcone o un patio. La piscina è pulitissima . la colazione ricca ed abbondante. Vicinissima a Giardini Naxos , Taormina ed altri posti turistici molto belli da visitare, quindi la struttura ha una posizione strategica ed a pochi passi p c'è la bellissima spiaggia di Fondachello. Lo consiglio e do il massimo dei voti a tutto . Anche le stelle tutte meritate.

très bel hôtel très bien située pour visiter la Sicile ,accueil du personnelle surtout la dame plus âgée a la réception pas agréable et aucun sourire ni bonjour du personnelle .Quand vous demander le menu du soir personne ne sais vous répondre qu'est qu'il a il au menu il faut attendre 19h30 a 20h pour le savoir,a la piscine les 2 sauveteurs de piscine ne font aucun effort ne bouge pas aucun règlement ni sécurité. belle vue belle piscine dans l'ensemble très bien et la Sicile est très belle proche de Taormina,Catane,Messina ....

good location for touring south

basic room but clean and a lovely pool- no tea making facilities. Great to have a patio and fresh limes to pick outside. However, clearly had not been de- bugged- we were bitten to death even with repellant. Breakfast was very poor- food left uncovered and meats and cheese left out for 2 hours not chilled. Tuna served from tin that was brought out each day- so unchilled for 2 hours a day for a week. Coffee and hot water was cold

Nachdem wir das 3. Zimmer getestet hatten konnten wir einziehen. Das Personal abends ist sehr freundlich, davon könnte der Frühdienst noch viel lernen (sozusagen sich eine Scheibe abschneiden). Der Pool ist klasse. Das Frühstück ist eher bescheiden.

Buon soggiorno. Camera spaziosa e ben arredata. Bagno completo di tutti gli accessori ed abbastanza spazioso. Peraltro, un po' più di gentilezza alla reception non guasterebbe, soprattutto da parte dei titolari della struttura.

c e tanto da migliorare

ho soggiornato una sola notte e tutto sommato non é andata male la struttura é davvero bella, la camera grandissima, con balconcino privato che da sulla piscina. la piscina splendida, pulita e ben tenuta dal bagnino che si é mostrato molto simpatico e disponibile. purtroppo gli aspetti negativi sono più di quelli positivi. la struttura ha delle grandi potenzialità ma é tenuta male ed é gestita peggio. il check in é alle 15 noi arriviamo dopo le 16 e discutonotra loro su quale stanza darci perché ancora le stanno pulendo. nessuno ci spiega niente ci consegnano una busta con i telecomandi e arrivederci e alcune stanze sono davvero complicate da trovare, dopo noi sono arrivati un gruppo di persone anziane che hanno vagato mezz'ora tra i giardini in cerca delle loro camere. nessuno si é preoccupato di accompagnarli. la camera pecca in pulizia il box doccia era sporco di sapone e alle rubinetterie servirebbe un anticalcare inoltre macchie belle grandi nel tessuto del divanetto. colazione davvero scadente col lo yogurt nelle ciotole col mestolo. per concludere, non usano comunicare tra di loro. ognuno fa quello che gli pare senza dare comunicazioni, ci é stato chiesto un extra di 30 euro per poter tardare il check out, vado la mattina a pagarlo e nel pomeriggio quando riconsegnamo la chiave ci viene chiesto di pagarlo di nuovo perché non é scritto da nessuna parte che l'abbiamo pagato, la ragazza ha fatto delle telefonte senza risultato, alla fine ci ha voluti credere sulla parola

Nice calm place!

+ Clean, big and tidy rooms, big beds. + Nice pool area. + Short walk to beach. + Breakfast ok, alot of sweet stuff (common in Italy)? - Empty fridge at arrival. Would have been nice with atleast a bottle of drinking water until one gets in place. - Poor english among the staff, but we managed. -Some sunbeds broken at places.
