The property was clean, and the staff was pleasant. The communication was a bit off- we booked a twin bed room but ended up with one double. The staff apologized and changed our room. The “aparthotel” concept is a bit odd, and the communication about the parking was a bit tricky- we weren’t told that there were two elevators in the garage below the hotel that only one would get you into the hotel. There was no food or drinks in the hotel, not even a vending machine so at night when we got hungry, the only option was to go out and walk about 5 mins to McDonalds. Not a big deal (we didn’t do it), but be aware there is not even a vending machine. There is water in the lobby, that’s all. The breakfast was realllllly good, in my opinion with many options. More than one would expect at this price point, very very good. Beds comfortable, room very clean, and staff nice. 4 out of 5. Location was fine. Not a super “nice” area, but felt safe enough.
