Amazing Riad! We had a such great time. The place is quite new and beautifully maintained. Stunning courtyard and rooftop with amazing Moroccan breakfast every morning. Shoutout to Hasan who took really great care of us. We really enjoyed getting to meet him and the rest of the staff. We will definitely be back and highly recommend! Cannot say enough good things about this place!

Great experience and staff. Good authentic breakfasts. The riad is just starting so we had the whole place to ourselves. Beautiful rooftop patio! Would love some upgrades to the shampoo! Great AC!

When I entered I was served the traditional mint tea with a snack of dates and walnuts. It was the perfect refresher after travelling in by train. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly. The only drawback was it was a little bit noisy at night. Nothing to do with the staff or Riad just the general noise. Using my headphones did the trick though

Ryad à visage humain avec 6 belles unités. Lits double, literie et linge de maison, sont de très bonne qualité,; peu d’espace pour circuler dans la chambre mais pas gênant ; salle de bain fonctionnel et typique. Climatisation Top! Petit déjeuner fait maison ( jus d’orange, yaourt, œufs, cake au citron, pain local). Dépaysement assuré. Jolie terrasse bercée aux chants des oiseaux. Personnel formidable, féminin et masculin, qui a le sens aigu du service rendu au client. Location très proche du palais Bahia et de la médina.( un quart d’heure à pieds; entre multitudes de motos et voitures, ADN de la ville). Demander aux taxis, calèches et tuk-tuk de vous amener au plus près du Ryad KOUTCHI. Personnes ayant des problèmes aux genoux, aux pieds ou à mobilité réduite, bien réfléchir. Pas d’ascenseur, nulle part, ni dans les ryads, ni dans les restaurants en ville. Marche à pieds optimisée, avec des chaussures très confortables à prévoir. Ville très sympa et hôte professionnel de qualité. 3 à 5 jours suffisent pour revenir en pleine forme, éveil des sens : Papilles ( tanjia de Marrakech, soupe et salade marocaines…); odeurs des épices, de la fleur d’oranger et du jasmin partout; Peau neuve grâce aux hammam, gommage, massage.. Je recommande !

Riad bello, di recente ristrutturazione e in ottima e tranquilla posizione. Personale e proprietario estremamente carini e accoglienti, sempre disponibili ad aiutare e a rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Camera piccola ma caratteristica, molto pulita. Colazione superlativa e prodotti tipici di ottima qualità!

Ce nouveau riad est exceptionnel. Le personnel mérite une étoile de plus tellement ils étaient merveilleux. On m’a préparé le meilleur couscous de ma vie et que dire des salades marocaines. La cuisinière est tellement gentille. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents aussi et on ne manque de rien. C’est tout près du palais de Bahia et dans une petite rue tranquille et très sécuritaire. On peut venir nous chercher à 1 minute à pied si nous prenons des excursions. Je reviendrai dans ce Riad avec grand plaisir. Ils vont me manquer !

Desde que reservamos, Oumayma fue muy atenta y nos facilitó muchísimo todo, especialmente con el transporte. También nos explicó las diferentes experiencias que podíamos realizar. Es muy comunicativa, cariñosa y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Al llegar, Hasan nos recibió con té y nos enseñó todas las zonas del alojamiento. Todo era precioso, muy limpio y cuidado. Durante toda nuestra estancia estuvo pendiente de cada necesidad que teníamos, ofreciéndose siempre a ayudarnos con una sonrisa y mucha amabilidad. La habitación era perfecta, todo estaba impecable y el ambiente era muy agradable. Nos trataron genial desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, incluso ayudándonos con el transporte de vuelta al aeropuerto. El desayuno era increíble y las instalaciones preciosas. Sin duda, recomiendo este alojamiento al 100%. Hemos tenido una experiencia maravillosa y nos hemos sentido muy bien atendidos durante toda nuestra estancia. ¡Muchísimas gracias por todo!
